Runners Shop Annual Run Club Membership

Annual Club Membership includes weekly Coached Thursday workouts.

Membership includes a copy of a Runners Shop team plan 4 x per year.  Start/End dates for each training block are based on the Toronto team goals.

Half Marathon

Marathon

Interim races can be customized into the team plans by your coach, on an as desired basis.

All runs start from at 374 Bloor St W. 

Club Membership Schedule: 

• Thursdays at 6:30 pm (Coached)
• Saturdays at 8:00 am  (5-10k casual)
• Sundays at 8:00 am (12k ) (8:30 am in winter)
